3:1 Dual Wall (Adhesive Lined) Heat Shrink Tubing

Description

This “dual-wall” construction, 3:1 heat shrink tubing combines shrink and adhesive materials. The outer wall is constructed utilizing Polyolefin heat shrink, while combining the effectiveness of an inner wall hot melt adhesive. Applying heat shrinks the inner layer enabling the adhesive to flow and create a protective, water-tight seal.

• Longitudinal shrinkage of up to 15% possible
• Meets AMS-DTL-23053/4 Class 3 requirements
• UL 224 VW-1 and CSA OFT recognized
• Key Temperatures: Shrinks at 90°C, operating temperature of -55°C to + 110°C, maximum use temperature 135°C

Note: Sold in 1 foot sections. Due to the adhesive lining it is pre-cut by the manufacturer in a maximum of 4 foot sections. Example: 12 feet of this heat shrink tubing would be sent as 3 sticks of 4 foot tubing.
